A tube of your choice. I used the lovely artwork of Keith Garvey, which can be purchased here:

No plugins needed.

Supplies needed:

Mask 34, red/black arrow frame, red/black arrow, red/black leaves, and butterflies, which can be found on my site,
in embellishments, all things red, here:

Lets begin!

Open a new image 6005x500 and floodfill in white. Add your full tube as a new
layer. Open the red/black arrow frame, and resize to 80%. Image, free rotate, 45 degrees
left. Centre your tube within the frame. Duplicate your tube, and make sure this layer is above the
frame. Now erase the part of one leg thats over just the frame, so that it looks like the tube has one
leg in and one leg outside the frame. Click on raster layer 1.

Add a close up of your tube as a new layer, and drag this to one side of the frame. Click inside
the frame layer with the magic wand. selections, modify, expand by 5, selections, invert. Now
click on the close up tube layer and hit delete. Deselect. Now repeat this again for the other side of the frame.
You can image, and mirror, for a different view.
Use my tag as reference. Drop shadow the main tube and the frame layer as follows:

Open the red black arrow as a new layer, and resize to 50%. Position
at the top right hand side of the frame. Image and resize again to 70%.
Duplicate, image, flip and mirror, place this near the bottom left hand corner. Drop shadow. Open Mask 34.

Click on raster layer 1, and add a new layer. Floodfill in #ad0d0d. Go to
layers, new mask layer, from image. Choose Mask 34 from the source window,
and make sure source luminance and invert mask data are checked. Apply and merge mask group.

For the word art, the font used is Script MT Bold, size 12, stroke 1, in #ad0d0d,
and also black. Convert to raster layer. Add a drop shadow, and place near
the top left hand side of the tag.

Now your name, foreground black, background #ad0d0d, size 20,
stroke 1, same font as the word art. Convert to raster layer, and add a
drop shadow. Position near the bottom right hand corner.

Add the red black leaves, and place near the lower left of the frame.
Add a drop shadow, and duplicate. Image, mirror, and position near the top right
of the frame. Add a few red black butterflies near the leaves.

Using preset shapes, add two red hearts, each as new layers, and place
them in front of the arrows. Drop shadow.

Add your credits.

Thats it, we are all done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
