A tube of your choice. I used the lovely artwork of Keith Garvey, which can be purchased here:
www.mypsptubes.com

Supplies needed:

My black dash frame, black dash flower, triple diamond bow, Mask 44, which can be found in Elements,
all things black, in frames, and in Masks 41-59.
https://flashy.forumotion.co.uk

No Plugins needed

Lets Begin!

Open a 600x500 new image and floodfill in white. Open my black dash frame, and
add as a new layer. Resize to 80%.

Add a close up of your tube as a new layer, and position more to the right
of the frame. Click on the frame layer in the layer palette. With the magic
wand, click inside the frame. Selections, modify by 5, then selections invert.
Click back onto your tube layer and hit delete. Blend mode, and choose
luminance. Your tube should now be black and white. Add a drop shadow as follows:

H=2
V=2
O=60
B=4.30
Col=black

Resize your tube, and add as a new layer, use the same method as before, to
remove all that shows outside the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Click on raster layer 1, and with the rectangle tool, foreground null, background black, Draw a square
that will fit behind the tubes and frame. Convert to raster layer.

Open Mask 44. On raster layer 1 again, add a new layer and floodfill in black. Go to
layers, new mask layer from image, and choose Mask 44 in the source window. Make sure
source luminance and invert mask data are checked, and apply. Merge group. You may have to
position this more centrally.

Click on the top layer in the layer pallette. Open the black diamond flower, and resize to 80%.
Place this on the left hand bottom corner and drop shadow as above. Duplicate, and resize to 70%,
position this flower just above the first. Use my tag as reference.

Open the black diamond triple bow, and copy and paste as a new layer. Resize to 80%, and
place on the top right hand corner, so the loops of the frame's bow, shows
through. Drop shadow.

For your name, the font is Rialto, size 28, stroke 2, foreground null, background black.
Convert to raster layer and add a drop shadow. Image, free rotate, 90% left.
Position your name down the left hand side of the tag.

Click on your second tube layer. Foreground white, background null, width
12.75. With the rectangle tool, draw an inner frame and convert to raster layer. Drop shadow as used above.

For the wordart, the font used is ChopinScript, size 12, foreground null,
background black. Convert to raster layer and add a drop shadow. Place this
in the bottom right hand corner.

Add a couple of butterflies from my site, and resize to 70%.

Thats it, we are all done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
