A tube of your choice. I am using the lovely artwork of Leonardo Preda, which can be purchased here:

No plugins needed.

Supplies needed:

Mask 48, in masks 41-59. The bow in Elements, mixture of colours. My xmas band/tile, and snowball ring,
in elements/christmas things which can be found here:

Lets begin!

Open a 600x500 new image and floodfill in white. Open the xmas band and resize to 60%. Place near the bottom,
and duplicate. Position this above the first, around 5 squares up. Duplicate, and image, free rotate,
90 degrees left. This will be the side of the rectangle, so with the selection tool, carefully select the largest part,
and delete. You should be left with just a small part of the band. Drag this below the lengths. Duplicate and mirror.
When you are happy with the edges etc, X out raster layer 1, and merge visible. Un X.

For the word art, the font used is CCYuletideLog, size 16, stroke 1, foreground #b12b28,
background the xmas band tile, angle 0, scale 100. Type this into the box we just made, and
drop shadow as follows:

Click on raster layer 1, and with foreground null, background #75bc5d, take the
rectangle tool and make a background for the box. Convert to raster layer.

Open your tube as a new layer. Place it on the box, and add a drop shadow. Resize
as necessary. Click on raster layer one, and add a new layer. Floodfill
in #75bc5d, and go to layers, new mask layer from image. Choose Mask 48 from the
source window, and make sure source luminance, and invert mask data are checked, then apply.
Merge group. Drag the mask a little way down, till the tinsel edges are showing at the
bottom of the box.

Click on the mask layer and add the snowball ring as a new layer, and drop shadow. Add the misted robin as
a new layer, and resize to 80%. Drag this below the snowball ring and change the opacity to 71.
X out raster layer 1, and merge visible. Un X.

For your name, the font used is Christmas, size 20, stroke 1, foreground #75bc5d,
background the xmas band tile. Convert to raster layer, and add a drop shadow as shown below:

Position this centrally at the top. Using the same colours, the font is
WWFlakes, size 20, the letters used are C & F, make some flakes, convert to raster layer, and add
a drop shadow.

Add a bow from my site as a new layer. Place this at the top of the
snowball ring.

Add your credits.

Thats it, we are all done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
