A tube of your choice. I am using the lovely artwork of Elias Chatzoudis, which can be
purchased here:
www.mypsptubes.com

Plugin needed:
VDL Adrenaline, and snowflakes, which can be found here:
http://fleursauvage.be/utilitaire/filtres/filtres.htm

Supplies needed:

Mask 47. My blue ice frame in frames, blue ice flower/also with a sash, flakes & a leaf, which can be found in elements/all things blue,
or alternatively, in all things white. Here on my site:
https://flashy.forumotion.co.uk

Lets begin!

Open a new image, 600x500 and floodfill in white. Add my blue ice frame as a new layer.
Copy and paste a close up from your tube. Go to the frame layer in the layer palette, and click inside the frame.
Selections, modify, expand by 5. Selections invert. Now click on your tube layer and hit delete. Deselect.
I placed my large tube to the right hand side, so the eyes would show through my second tube.

Open your main tube and resize as neccessary. Position centrally in the frame, and add a drop shadow as follows:

V=2
H=2
O=60
B=4.30
Col=black

Click on raster layer 1, with foreground null, background white, draw a circle for the
background. Convert to raster layer. Staying on raster layer 1, add the ice blue leaf, image, rotate,
20 degrees right. Place this in the bottom right hand corner, just under the frame. Resize to 80% and duplicate,
image and flip, image and mirror.

Add the blue ice flower with sash as a new layer. Add a subtle drop shadow as below:

V=1
H=1
O=40
B=4.30
Col=black

On raster layer 1, add a new layer and floodfill in #70ccf8. Have mask 47 open, and go to layers,
new mask layer from image. In the source window, choose mask 48, make sure invert mask data, and
source luminance are checked, and apply. Merge group.

Choose a white snowflake and add as a new layer. resize to 50%, and position on
one of the leaves. Duplicate, image, flip, then image again, resize to 80% and mirror.

For your name, the font used is Snowdrift, size 30, stroke 2. Foreground white,
background #70ccf8. Convert to raster layer, and image, free rotate 90 degrees
right. Place down the right hand side of the tag. Selections, select all, selections,
defloat, selections, float. Go to VDL Adrenaline, and snowflakes. Use these settings :

Amount=250
size range begin=0
size range end=11
hardness=100
transparency=0
snow colour=basic snow

Deselect. For the wordart, the font used is Santa'sSleighFull/Informal Roman, size 14, stroke 2, same colours
as before. Convert to raster layer, and place in the top and bottom left hand corner. Add a subtle
drop shadow.

Add your credits.

Thats it, we are all finished. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
