Black n Polka  Polkatut

A tube of your choice. I am using the lovely artwork of Keith Garvey, which can be purchased
here:
http://www.garvgraphx.com

My black polka scalloped ring which can be found in frames, and my polka heart, in embellishments, all things black, here:
https://flashy.forumotion.co.uk

Lets begin!

Have a 600x500 new image ready, and open my black polka scalloped ring, and copy
and paste as a new layer. Centralise the ring.
Forground white, background null, choose the ellipse tool, width 4, and draw
a circle that fits on the inside of the frame. Convert to raster layer.
Use the deform tool if neccessary.

Open a close up of your tube and paste as a new layer. Drag the tube more to the right hand side.
On the frame layer, click outside the white frame, and go back to your tube layer and hit delete.
Now deselect. Drop shadow the tube and the white frame as below:

V=2
H=2
O=60
B=4.30
Col=black

Now drag the tube layer to above raster layer 1. Merge visible the ring layer and the
tube layer. Click on raster layer 1, and go to the ellipse tool. Foreground null,
background black, draw a circle for the background. Make sure it does not show above
the scalloped edges. Convert to raster layer. Make sure this is above raster layer 1.

Click on raster layer 1, and go to the ellipse tool, background black, foreground null.
Make a circle that comes to the edges of the scallop. Objects, align, centre in canvas.
Convert to raster layer, and go to adjust, blur, and Gaussian blur, radius 25, and ok.
Open your larger tube and place on the left hand side of the frame. Drop shadow as before.

Go to the preset shape tool and choose a 5 pointed star. Draw a small star and convert to raster layer.
Do another larger one, place below the smaller star, diagonally. Merge the star layers. Now you can duplicate and
do a few in a row. When your happy, drop shadow and merge all star layers. I
placed mine on the bottom left hand corner, as though my tube was standing on them.
Drag this layer above the guassian blur layer. Now duplicate, image and flip, and image, mirror.

Add my polka heart as a new layer, and place on the bottom right of the frame, as though its
attached. Choose a butterfly from my site, and place on the right hand side of the frame as a new
layer. Use the deform tool to angle it. Then duplicate, and image, mirror.

For your name, foreground and background black, font used is Grouser, size 30, stroke 1. Convert
to raster layer and image, free rotate, 90 degrees left. Place this centrally on the left hand side,
and add a drop shadow.

Add your credits.

Thats it we are all done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
