I used a tube by Keith Garvey, which is PTU and you can purchase it here : www.garvgraphx.com

Supplies needed: which can be found here on my site : www.flashy.forumotion.co.uk under tag tutorial supplies

Plugins needed : Richard Rosenman's Scanlines, which can be found here : www.pluginsworld.com. Once on the
site, category=design, license=freeware

Open a new image 600x500, and floodfill in white. Open my belt frame and copy and paste as a new layer.
Copy and paste your chosen tube and paste as a new layer. Place the tube centrally, and resize as necessary, and drag this below the frame layer.
Duplicate your tube, and using this layer, erase part of the foot, so that she looks like she now has one foot inside the frame. Drop shadow both tubes as follows:

Vertical=2
Horizontal=2
Opacity=60
Blur=4.3
Colour= black

Click on raster layer 1 and copy and paste a close up of your tube and resize as neccessary. X out the first and second
tube layers and raster layer 1. Click on the frame layer and with the magic wand, click anywhere outside
of the frame. Click on your close up tube layer and hit delete, then deselect. Drop shadow as before.

Leave raster layer 1 X'd out, and click on any other layer and merge visible. Un X raster layer 1, and select this.
In the material palette stroke null, fill #404040, choose your rectangle tool, and draw a rectangle
which will be the frame background, and convert to raster layer. Go to image, and free rotate, rotate 40% right. Erase any parts which show outside the frame.

Effects, Richard Rosenman, Scanlines, using the settings as below, keep the colour as #404040 and apply.

Highlight raster layer 1 and add a new layer, floodfill this in #404040. Open mask 43 and go to layers,
new mask layer, from image. Choose mask 43 from the source window, source luminance ticked, and invert mask data and apply. Resize to 90%.

Open the chain and add as a new layer, drag this under the frame layer and drop shadow as above. Open the star chain and position
this on the right hand side of the frame. Adjust and sharpeness and sharpen.

Material palette, stroke #000000, fill #404040, font used is Bete Noir NF, stroke 2, size 24. Write your
name and convert to raster layer. Go to image free rotate, and rotate 40% left. Effects, and use Scanlines as before. Drop shadow.
Duplicate your star chain and erase part of the chain, resize to 80% and drag this below your name on the left hand side.

Apply a few blacks stars using the preset shape tool, convert to raster layer and drop shadow. Position these on the top right
and bottom left of your tube.

Add any copyright, then X out raster layer 1, click on any other layer, merge visible, and save as
a PNG file.

Thats it we are all done, i hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
